Kansas City firm 7Acre Investments acquires the 595-unit McKinney Square Apartments in Texas in a joint venture with Monument Square Investment Group.

7Acre Investments, an opportunistic real estate firm launched in 2023, in late April acquired the McKinney Square Apartments, a 595-unit community valued at $113.9 million in McKinney, Texas.
